Nearly two weeks after their wedding, I am still in recovery mode. Our dear friends, Scott and Camille, recently tied the knot in Folly Beach in one of the most fun weekends of my life...of course this was to be expected from the two of them :)
Y'all...that wedding weekend was so crunk, that I literally had THREE doctor appointments the following week AND I have to see the cardiologist next week. That weekend wore. me. down. #worthit
A few of us showed up to the "House That Cameltub Built" on Wednesday evening. Check out our pad for the weekend:
We enjoyed a beautiful sunset then headed to Taco Boy for a very scrumptious and fun dinner before making complete fools of ourselves in what was supposed to be a "relaxing" Wednesday night.
I spent the majority of the night trying to put Scottie in a body cast before his wedding:
Luckily for Scottie, the adult beverages eventually put me to bed.
The next morning, while everyone else slept in, I had to get up to drive to Beaufort for work. It was no easy task, but the sunrise was breathtaking:
I don't think I missed too much during the day on Thursday, because this is the only picture the crew sent me:
I got back just in time for dinner. We headed out to Folly Beach Crab Shack, and it was fabulous. Some of the best service I've ever had, and the food was superb. It was even good enough for me to block out the tacky live music....
Thursday night was one HUUUUUUGE dance party that I was told was banned from all social media/internet. So use your imaginations, kids.
Friday morning looked like this:
Of course I had to head back out for work that day, and it appears that I missed out some real fun :(
And then I walked in the door to this..............
And this....
We stayed at the house Friday night and enjoyed the sound of the ocean, adult beverages, and yet another beautiful sunset.
Twas the night before the wedding, and the bride and groom were so excited :)
