One of our very, very best friends, Camille, turned the big thirty-something over Memorial Day weekend, and we were thrilled to spend the day at the pool with her!
Birthday girl had spent the night before celebrating and she was prepping to go hard Sunday night, so we went casual and calm for her special day.
FYI, our definition of "casual and calm" basically means that we don't do shots and nobody gets naked. We still had a crazy, fun time at the pool:
But really...the day totally did start out "casual and calm." Josh and I arrived with a couple of bottles of cheap champagne and a sweet baby in a brand new speedo. Baby Jace was so excited to see old friends and loved being held by Leighton again:
Cute, right? WRONG. One completely filthy speedo later, sh!t (literally) started to get a little cluster.
Camille started telling jokes to a 3-month old. Harold showed up in some crazy sunglasses. Josh made Baby Jace go in the pool. Baby Jace got some really long legs. Camille and Leighton gave Baby Jace dirty looks. Then Camille and I gave Baby Jace kisses. Per usual, tipsy Josh started chuckling at everything. And Scott was nowhere to be found.

Camille didn't necessarily get her birthday wishes. I know she was originally hoping to chug water, take a nap, and get some sun. But I'm pretty sure she still had a good time :)
