Go Noles!

Last weekend, Josh and I were so giddy to make our annual trip to Tallahassee to visit the Line family and go to the FSU game. As expected, the trip did not disappoint.

Lori and Nathan are expecting their first little one (Harold Dale) in November, and Lori was such a trooper for us. We showed up on Friday afternoon to freshly baked sugar cookies and then headed to dinner for some sushi and sake. Thank goodness for pregnant DDs.

I woke up waaaay earlier than Josh on Saturday (and Sunday) morning and headed outside to enjoy the fresh (and extremely humid) air. Y'all, I think I said this last year...but Tallahassee is gorgeous. Spanish moss everywhere! Here's a couple pictures from both mornings. Jace was not so impressed with the scenery.

We spent most of Saturday lounging around and watching the games from the pool. They've got such a great setup:

Before we got too wrinkly (and tipsy), it was about time to get ready for the game. We were so excited for Baby Jace to go to his first game. Rupert was excited for him too :)

We had an absolute blast at the game.  It was a night game. We had phenomenal company. We had great seats. We had free food. We had adult beverages. And we had a DD. What in the world more could you ask for?

Don't ask me about any game details. I watched Renegade and the spear and that was about it. I was too distracted by my little Nole and Lori.

And don't bother asking Jace either. He spent the majority of the game right here:

Thanks again to Lori and Nathan for such a great time. We love this fall tradition and look forward to it next year. And we can't wait to see Baby Harold in that garnet and gold :)
