Oh to be seven months old again. Baby Jace has come a long, long way since he entered that hospital room.
Well, actually not much has changed in the eating department. Loves Similac. Likes mashed potatoes. Puts up with rice and refried beans. Hates baby food. Still no teeth yet, but he loves to show off his gummy smile.
Little man is still waking up once or twice a night to eat, but he spent his last night in the bassinet, and we are now transitioning over to the crib in the nursery. We'll see how that goes....
His favorite activity is to spend time in his walker. He has spent hours upon hours chasing the poor pups around our kitchen and living room. His favorite toys are anything that Mom lets him take in the bath. He looooves bubbles, and he loves sitting in the bath until his toes get wrinkled like a raisin.
Little man does great in car rides unless he has a diaper rash. He recently had his first cold, and his first bad rash...but he was such a tough little man throughout the whole ordeal.
He isn't necessarily "crawling," but he is certainly getting from point A to point B. No style points...but he gets there. And he can stand up like a champ...as long as he's holding on to something.
He's cuter than ever. Still looking like his daddy with his big, blue eyes and his thick, blonde hair. He's wearing 6-9 month clothes. He chokes when he laughs. He's laid back. But he does have one trait from his Momma...I see a bit of a mischievous side to him, and I loooove it.
Little man is such a trooper. We took his seven month pictures at a hotel room in Macon, GA. We keep him on the go, and he handles the chaos like a champ.
We love you, sweet Baby Jace. Can't wait to see how you amaze us in your eighth month :)
